• • • TECHNICAL SUPPORT and TRAINING • • • The technical support and training we provide to our clients parallels if not exceeds that which you receive from ProLaw. Our tech support and training includes on-site training, help with SQL statements, problem resolution, telephone support, web support, triggers, stored procedures, custom tab creation, document template creation, or whatever else your firm needs in these areas. Our combined experience of working with law firms and the ProLaw software and database exceeds 20 years. Our on-site flat fee daily rate is $1,000 plus $50 per diem plus expenses for up to 10 hours per day (regularly $150 per hour). Our off-site hourly fee is $135 billed in tenths of an hour, so you only pay for what you use. You will not be dissatisfied with our services. Please contact us for more information. |
